These Terms govern your use of the AnswerLine HQ website and services ("Services"), provided by AnswerLine HQ, Chicago, IL. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
AnswerLine HQ provides an AI voice receptionist, missed-call text-back, online booking, review requests, and related tools. The AI receptionist is automated and may make errors; you are responsible for reviewing bookings and call summaries.
Plans are billed monthly with a one-time setup fee as quoted. Plans are month-to-month with no contracts and may be cancelled at any time. If the service does not catch at least one job in your first 30 days, we refund your setup fee.
You agree to use the Services lawfully, and to message only people who have given the required consent under applicable laws, including the TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from AnswerLine HQ, including appointment confirmations, missed-call follow-ups, reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help or email [email protected]. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
AnswerLine HQ retains all rights in the Services. You retain rights to your own content and data.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnswerLine HQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time.
